Hi Tom,
I've modified the engine in my '94 Civic DX with the head from a EX and the cam/rocker assembly from a Vtec-e. I've wired in a sub harness to run the vtec solenoid. I bought a California P07 ecu to match with my original 4 wire o2 sensor but the check engine light stays on and refuses to reset or yield codes when I clip accross the 2 wire connector near th ecu. Any thoughts as to if I should look for another p07 ecu o should I get a p28 ?

Hey Tom, My name is Don Hart. You helped me out about a month ago with my question about the Canadian version of the VX ECU. I finally got the guy to send me an American version. I am in the process of collecting parts so that I can build a VX. Actually it will never be a true VX because I am starting out with the shell of a 92 SI hatchback. I have already bought a D15Z1 and the 5 spd out of a 92 VX (salvage yard car w/ 218000 mi. on it). The shell has no eng., trans., axels, dashboard, console, front clip or front bumper reinforcement. So, needless to say, I have a lot of parts to find and a lot of work to do. I was wondering if, in the future, I might be able to ask for your help with questions/problems that might arise? Thanks for your time. Don
