You can rewrite the factory EVSE to use 220....
You can rewrite the factory EVSE to use 220. Check out YouTube for a guide.
I use a 220 clipper creek at home, and carry the factory 120 with me.

You can press lock, then hold the remote start...

I guess they don't want to remote start the vehicle in a garage if someone sets something on their key on the kitchen...
