I'll post a picture later. I've got the radiator angled forward quite a bit, so there is plenty of room. However the upper radiator hose is what is in the way most of all.

I had the idea recently that traffic cones might be a really good material to use for this. They're already molded into a fairly usable shape and they can take a serious beating!

Hmmm... maybe it's my ignorance talking, but why would you need to rebuild if you're running VERY LOW BOOST? After all, the turbo would be to increase efficiency, not power, yes?
