Honestly I think the wheel skirts look like they belong on the car stock. Of course with something better than painters tape but the skirts make the car look not so oddly shaped.

To get the scangauge to work when the engine off what worked for my old car was to change the "fuel" setting to hybrid instead of gas and the SG will continue reading while the engine is off.

In my truck it was about 2.8gph...

You seem so stuck on 75mph, why not just slow down? I take a 40mile trip one way to my parents house and I get there ~2 minutes slower when I drive 60mpg compared to 70mph
