The best way to drive an insight is to think like an automatic ... you wanna move faster, downshift, you wanna pass, downshift ... its the only way I can get any decent mpg, with or without IMA....

The Ring gear is the same but the countershafts are different. The 88-91 HF C/S is shorter than the 92-95 VX and has a shorter bearing section for the 1st gear....

I think my increase in MPG is do to all the extra mods and warm weather lately.
I still think that I might try and cleanup the old injectors and see what they can do with all the mods.
