Well I totally agree that more info concerning specific models optimum speeds and the such should be available, and the lack therof can be frustrating, but It's really hard for the EPA to put out MPG...

It keeps the air on the air dam while it's being pushed outward to the sides due to the airdam's slight curvature.

Without a lip, part of the air that hits the airdam is still going to spill...

For what its worth, I'm able to get 19 MPG towing a 20' flatbed trailer with 16" walls if I can keep it at 55 MPH. Same speed empty nets me 24 MPG.
