I think they are full of crap but it probably could get really good mileage with a decent engine.
instead of paying 2.7 million for it from them give me 50k and I can prob build one for you that gets double the mileage using a 500-650cc engine. Anything over about 180mph or so isn't much use on the street anyway so what is the point of going faster
