What a great place to start. Did she get top gear?

I posted the comment in the hope the OP would correct me if necessary. An additional draw for me is the 36hp Challenge and the Porsche Type 64 replica which should be there. The downside is the Salt may get rained on.

Thanks, but I can't take full credit. There was a 'nested' technical drawing on the internet with all the X-Ray details which I painted out, rendering separate top and bottom images which did not exist.
Same with the front and rear elevations and side elevation.

aerohead run

I will only be attending this year.I should have the Cd for the T-100 by the time I get there, which I'd hoped to achieve from top speed testing in 2012.Since I couldn't reach terminal velocity in the mile, and reverse-engineer a drag coefficient from top speed,it has led to the Darko Tech. wind tunnel.
My 'neighbor' Charles Farmer will have his Ford SVO-powered streamliner there, trying for 300-mph.I'll crew for him if need be,otherwise measure and photograph other streamliners before heading over to Battle Mountain for the IHPV speed trials.
There's a belly tank lakester reunion planned also for USFRA,it'll be fun to see them.
I'll look forward to seeing you out there.

no Speed Week for aerohead

Taught daughter to drive (10 years old at the time) out there alone on the salt.
Sorry,I'll still be constructing by the time you're out there. For what I have ahead of me I'll need every minute I can get to be ready for September.
Darko Tech. wind tunnel is afternoon of Sept. 4th in Ogden,Utah, then it's off to Salt Flats.
I'll miss seeing you two this year.Glad you could make 2012.

Yes,in 2012 it rained everyday, closing the course for hours at a time.I think from Ellen Wilkinson's reporting that the 2013 USFRA season was rained out completely.
