31 MPG Land Rover Defender 110
Ive been getting great mileage in my 4500 lb pickup,

its 1983 land rover defender 110 with a 200tdi (2.5L) turbo diesel.

The truck is full time 4wd with selectable transfercase for locked center diff and unlocked hi and low gears.

I also just got a soft top kit from the uk for this summer

Impressive figures, did you re-calibrate your speedo/odo when you fitted the taller tyres? Your numbers may skewed otherwise.
