I have been thinking about getting a second car to do some more significant mods to and possibly have my g/f drive to decrease the use of her truck. I have to save some money due to upcoming expenses in the following year or so but I found http://albany.craigslist.org/car/720957438.html and it seems like if you sold the stereo, CAI, and aftermarket tires and rims you'd be getting close to 50% of the price of the car, any thoughts?

If he's asking 2k obo, he's probably hoping for 1,700 maybe 1,800. I would wave 1,500 cash in his face and tell him you will take it right now (provided there's nothing major wrong). 50% for those parts is a bit optimistic in my eyes, but you may get lucky on the rims and the stereo. The CAI won't go for much.
