95 Saturn SW2 - Help identifying connections

Looking at my 95 Saturn SW2 ECU Pinouts...

Do I use the pin labeled "VSS Hi" or "VSS Low?"

Also,

There are 4 pins (one for each injector) labeled "MFI Injector X" where X is the number of the injector (1-4). Would this be the right place to pull the injector signal?

I have a 93 SL2 -

On J1 of the PCU (ECU) pins 16-13 D you can use any of those. If you look at the wires in the engine bay you each injector has a pink/black wire - that is not the wire you want..

So, the 4 injector wires 16-13 on J1 of the PCU (ECU) you can tap into any of them.

I did disconnect all the injectors and measure with a DMM.

For the VSS you want to use Speed out On J2 of the PCU (ECU).

For power and ground I tapped into my cig. lighter.
