95 VX mileage best

Had a great weekend in the '95 Civic VX. With over 230K on the clock, this car got 58mpg going from Topeka, KS to Tulsa, and 50mpg on return averaging about 54mpg. No A/C (except for a few bursts as we entered Tulsa), overinflated Sumitomos and careful driving on the 2-lanes to maintain leanburn. Running between 55 and 65 with two adults on board. Amazing little cars.

Kudos, I always enjoy road trips in my VX, my wife doesn't however, lol.

Since installing the lean burn engine, my car is now essentually a VX with extreme aero mods.
