Add a phrase to the registration verbiage to deter spammers

Might I suggest considering adding some verbiage to the registration acknowledgment that includes a $10,000,000 payment for each incident of "spam"? And define spam such that us normal folks aren't likely to trip on it? You can probably sick a few lawyers on the perpetrators with that kind of carrot.

The cost of lawyers and the likelihood that spammers don't have much in the way of assets (or real contact information by which we could track them), makes it seem like a futile effort. It would be easier to just auto-delete certain phrases, but that would also get real members. *shrug*
