Adding ability to read/clear codes to OBDuino

Greetings, all.

I have recently started playing with my Arduino again, and have always wanted a ScanGauge tool, but I think I shall build an OBDuino instead. The OBDuino project looks awesome, but based on what I have read so far it appears to lack the ability to read & clear codes, and I'm wondering if anyone is working on updating OBDuino to be able to do that. If not, perhaps I will try to do that.

Lucky for me, my cars both use the ISO protocol, so I can build one and use it in both cars.

Thanks!

As far as I remember it is already possible to clear the Diagnostic Trouble Codes in OBDuino. I'm not sure whether it is possible to read the codes also...

Cool, I'll just have to build an OBDuino and see what it is capable of!
