I have the fastening solved, i will just use dzus fasteners and they make mounting kits to mount the front.

The only other thing that might give me trouble is the wheel well liners and splash guards in the front.

I want to make sure the front end would be sealed like the factory front but im not sure how i am going to achieve this?

Make the fender liners attach the inner fender, but not the new fiberglass front end. Put some chicken wire on the back of the inner liners, and zip tie them to it before mounting them, which will make them stiffer, and still allow the front end to rise over them without interfering.

If you're into laying glass, you could also just make some FG inner liners, and attach those... they'd be stiffer, and wouldn't flex as much.
