I did eventually find this. Perhaps not aero, but it is a bumper cover that is available.

thanks for finding/posting the DuraFlex link.
Pretty cool. Too bad they didn't cover the upper engine cooling
opening. It is unnecessary except in the hottest climes.

In that it appears to have a splitter it could be argued that
it has aero benefits. Problem is the "split" air most probably
goes through the engine bay and out the front wheel wells,
and/or under the car. Neither condition is all that desirable.

Here's the pix:



With the "slot" at the outboard corner of the bumper cover,
it looks like they have pretensions to creating an air curtain,
across the front wheels. I'd think that there would also have
to be some under-the-cover ducting to accomplish it though.
