The way that the lettering is on the car right now, it would appear to the uninitiated that you were trying to bragg about your cars' top speed. This would just make you more of a target for criticism because you actually don't drive very fast.

If you had before and after results, people might actually start to gain more interest in what you are telling them.

Anyone else reading this agree ?

That raised area shields the leading edge of the hatch structure from the wind. The edges of the hatch I built are thicker than the original thin all-glass hatch, so the structure doesn't fit flush in the leading edge hatch grooves built into the car's body. That shield deflects the wind away from the hatch leading edge so there is no possibility that the wind could get under it and lift it up.

i like the lettering (and the car). for some reason, after seeing the numbers, it makes me think you should paint the car similar to an air force jet. the star and bars, some rivets, maybe find a local art major to paint some machine guns on the side.

German military aircraft list some of their specs (empty and gross weights, fuel capacity, etc.) on their sides.

I have also occasionally toyed with the idea of writing "aerocivic" in Aurebesh on the side of the boattail. My car does have a bit of a Stars Wars look to it.

And how many enemy planes they've shot down...

Anyone agree that basjoos should get a tax deduction for driving that thing on the road? LOL.

I think he should pay extra, for all the money OPEC countries are losing on him

Basjoos - Has anyone asked you what your wingspan is with the wings attached?

I removed the lettering since I was getting so many rubberneckers that it was becoming a safety risk for me with them sitting over there blocking my access to the passing lane with traffic piling up behind them while they tried to puzzle out what my car and the lettering were all about.
