I would advise against working under a vehicle supported by cinder blocks. they have been known to fail and allow the vehicle to fall down and kill people.

Cinder blocks have a similar reaction to paper, when they give, they GIVE and it is a catastrophic raction!
Don't get under car unless stands are there!

Sorry to double post...

Start the under tray from the rear 'cause wind will be coming from the front, this way it overlaps rearwards/air flow.
Great on the cross braces for the rear tray.
Don't cut it the panel, air will flow to lower pressure and then "raise" the low area to smoothen out turbulence, lot smoother and cleaner.
