Sketchy site, 3D model of a design by Frank Lloyd Wright. There's a better one from the 1800s, with a 'coachman seat' driving position.

It does resemble those hearse conversions performed in small coupe-utilities here in Brazil

Pretty sure that's a wheel chair access conversion in case anyone's wondering. You can see the ramp underneath. There used to be some similar things done around here for Taxi service, but now they simply use vans.

Presumably it would make more sense to use a Prius V as a base for such conversion, in order to retain most of the stock appearance. And not harm the aerodynamics, even though this one actually does look somewhat well-balanced between the purpose and the overall impact to the aerodynamics.

It needs to have an upper windshield and the controls moved aft. Then a wheel-chair-bound person could make a living as an Uber driver.

I don't know, the ramp (if that is what it is) looks pretty narrow. It needs to be a folding wheelchair to fit on that an through the opening.

But a folding wheelchair would fit in the boot of a standard Prius, or for that matter a Fit Hybrid - like my neighbour proves everytime he and his wife need to move about more than a few steps on their destination.
