I love the turning possibilities! I just wondered about the legalities of the hitch position
safety wise as viewed by non car people state licensing agencies, and more so; non
existent reference as I can picture road cops freaking out!!!????

I remember that post. Of course I also remember the trailer (from still pictures; I didn't see the video until more recently). Here's a sketch I did around that time:
