R H Barnards 2010 3rd edition of Road vehicle Aerodynamics for $37.66 and free shipping in Canada.

This one is less technical than Hucho's but an excellent book to learn the ropes of vehicle aerodynamics. It is an in depth book though. Get this one first.

I had an opportunity to check this book out from a university library in 2007. It contains some valuable information and I am glad I read it.
