BMW unveils stunning Mille Miglia Concept Coupe — Autoblog

Back in '06, BMW built a design tribute to its '40 Mille Miglia-winning coupe. Wunibald Kamm was a consultant to the firm in those pre-WWII years and you can see echos of his low-drag aerodynamic aesthetic in this modern iteration. The press release does not mention Cd, but alludes to improvements...most likely in the area of lift-reduction. I have a soft spot in my heart for Kamm's designs...even the clunky and bizarre ones.
