Just got back from ghost Bar and an educational museum.

The vast majority of the "eco" stuff I've seen so far are "Hydrogen Hybrids" What a load of crap.

There was one great bumper sticker though.

I'm just getting back from Fry's.

Finishing up on a computer we are working on for Bobby Slayton, then we are going to see his show at 9.

There wasn't many booths with green stuff, but lots of cool ideas for green.

The biggest joke was making green cool. Just a bunch of hummers running Bio-Diesel.

but, after seeing the show ( and being apart of several just like it ), I am thinking of putting something together for the eccomoders/hypermilers group. I have several contacts in the various industries that are associated with "going green". I just need to make some calls to see if something is possible.

MSN has some SEMA pictures featured today. These two caught my eye.
An aviation-themed Scion. Since I'm an airplane nut, I thought this was pretty cool. Simulated rivets and panel lines. Notice the small mirror...


and a chopped Yaris. Wonder what kind of mileage you could get out of this. Again, note the RV mirror...

The Scion was in the Scion booth. The metal was sanded down bare then cleared.

The Yaris was outside. Some of the interior panels were unfinished.
