Is anyone else having problems watching flow illustrator vids?

I keep getting an error saying I don't have the right codec or the vid is not supported.

When do you get the error? My experience is that the flow illustrator videos break after a few seconds when I try to run them on Windows XP. However, I can view them *on* YouTube after I upload them *to* YouTube, . My theory is that YouTube has to be robust for more video formats than my media player.
