Anyone going to the big car show in Jefferson, WI?

I'm new to the area, and this is my first post on the forum, but someone just told me about this show and I want to swing by and see if I can pick up a cheap vac guage and/or a 3 cyl capable tach.

If anyone else will be poking around, I'd love to say hi. And then ask you a few hundred quick questions. ;-)

I know a bunch of guys from work love to go to the Jefferson meet. I've never been there though, and unfortuantely I'll be gone this weekend so I can't go.

Well, that's okay. I found out that they actually opened the gates this afternoon, while everybody was still setting up, and figured I would get a jump on it.

It didn't really turn out too well, though. The thing is freaking huge! And it was hot, and I was already dog tired when I got there. After an hour of trudging around I finally just gave up and bought this tuner-sized sunpro tach and a little dash-mount vac guage.

The tach is the only one I have found for any sort of acceptable price that does 3cyl without a lot of monkeying around, but it is really too large to be reasonable in the Geo. Oh well. Maybe I should be completely ridiculous and mount it out on the hood. ;-)

Anyway, I had enough and I'm not going back. Killed my average too, putting around that huge parking area in traffic. *grumble* I should have ridden the bike.

I know people that live and breathe the jefferson county swap meet the whole 2 times a year. I've never gone and I live 10 minutes away.

Jefferson car show is always one of my favorites.
I go there sporadically, though.

I tend to show up on Sunday and meander through the cars for sale.

Great show. I'l remember to post here if we go next spring.

Hey! It's next year already!

The Jefferson Swap Meet and Car Show is this weekend!

I'm not sure if I will make it or not, but just bumping this event to the top of the list!
