Was anything changed with thread subscriptions?

I'm subscribed to both my build threads and just noticed that I've missed some replies. I thought I had it set to send instant emails out. I'm just wondering if anything had been changed?

Normally, you get an email on first reply. Subsequent replies will not generate additional emails until you re-visit the thread.

Maybe that's the issue?
