Been to the Auto Show, Pics of Mercedes Concept and Tesla Display

Yep, I went to the North American Auto Show yesterday. Took some pics of the new Mercedes electric vehicle and pictures of the Tesla display which was a surprise to see.

The Mercedes concept was really the only electric vehicle that I thought was worthy of pictures. Honestly, the Volt doesn't look very aerodynamic at all, not to mention I couldn't get close enough for pictures. And all the others were wayyy to futuristic that the designs would definitely have been changed a lot before they ever even got close to production.

Thanks for the pix. The clear wheel skirts looks like a "concept design" trend inside Mercedes. I remember a Mercedes concept-sedan with the same clear rear wheel skirts (or was it BMW? I can't find the thread).

The Benz may be cute, but what is the range and recharge time of its batteries?

It's the Mercedes Blue Zero

The concept I took pictures of was a Blue Zero e-cell, which is apparently pure electric, but is also available as a hybrid and as hydrogen powered.
