Best UV resistant plastic?

Which plastic is the most UV resistant?

ABS?
PVC?
HDPE?

If there is another cheap plastic that is more UV resistant feel free to share. I'll be using the material for Wheel Skirts and Smooth Wheel Covers.

Basic black abs is pretty good but if you want it to be even more resistant it needs to have ASA surface film on it. So i would get black abs or ABS+ASA. With abs asa you can use even other colors and they wont fade.

thanks for the info! I'll probably just go with regular ABS because it's cheap and easy to work with.
