Best winter mileage ever

I've only been tracking mileage on this site this year but I've tracked the car since new. 25.66 mpg over the last 5 months is by far the best I've ever done. Last years avg. for the same period was 21 mpg and the year before was 18.73 mpg. The last 2 tanks were over 85% city and still avg'd. 25.1. My goal was to stay above the Combined EPA over the winter, but I really didn't think I could do it.

I was very close today to a personal best. I logged 40.6 mi. in 7 shorter trips, all in town, and SG showed 30.1 mpg for the day. The last 6.5 mi. was 36.2 mpg. I got to hit all the good mileage roads, that doesn't happen often, but it feels good when it does.
