We been discussed this at Ford Truck Forum


Everybody get 5-10 mpg most time. Very few people got 15 mpg.


You better get smaller engine like 351W or 302 or 300.


Why you need F250 if you not tow anything. Then F150 or ranger would be fine.

Hey man i've worked on a few of my buddy's trucks two mods i found always help them are A K&N air filter I got to autoanything,com to buy em because of the free shipping and i also always use a flowmaster 40 with a turndown at the rear axle, these two should be good for 3-5 MPG probably more like 3 for your truck cause those 460's are biiiig gas hogs i feel your pain man
