Short of a full map... any suggestions on throttle/rpm combinations for optimal fuel usage?

I'd use the same as any other engine. ~80% load and shift at 2000-2500 rpm. If you can disable IMA assist you'll be even better off.

Why would disabling the IMA help? Often it is assisting at highway speeds.
