Calculating CD

My target is (after discovering the Tatra T-77) is somewhere close to .2 ish. In my research I have found out that in general a change of .001 in the CD is a change of .1 in MPG, weather that is correct or not.
Anyway, thanks! That might just be the best way to go.

I don't have any materials with me,but I'll dig out some 0.2 examples and post,maybe Saturday.Perhaps some of the other members can jump in on this too.
GM's EV-1 comes directly to mind.
