where is the best place to buy LRR wheels/tyres, on ebay? what should i search for?

I haven't had much luck myself, check out tirerack.com....not a lot to choose from has been my experience.

I bought LRR tires for my electric car from a zenn dealer, they had a few other sizes avalible but not in stock and the others were wider then what I was looking for.
