Car shaking?

A jumpy tach would make me think something electronic like spark or coil. You might check out a more mechanic specific site. You are never going to get the most out of your driving technique with a car that is running that poorly. A properly running vehicle is essential to ecomodding.

Alright I took my car to the shop and got a lot of things that were broken on it fixed, that included the 2 broken engine mounts.... I told them I had a vacuum leak and they checked it out, ran like a fog machine on it & they said there was none, that is was the engine mounts... and my car STILL shakes like a freaking tank! What the heck man?
