more accurately

a geo tracker IS an escudo

geo tracker = suzuki escudo (called vitara in europe and sidekick in north america)

from wiki:

Competition special

Suzuki used a specially built spaceframe racing car for hillclimb races with a bodyshell to resemble the Escudo. This race car was specially tuned with 987 bhp and four wheel drive, sporting huge aerodynamic aids. It was entered by Suzuki in a number of Japanese events in the late-1990s, where it beat most of the competition. [1]

The car regularly takes part in the Pikes Peak International Hillclimb, driven by Nobuhiro "Monster" Tajima and is identifiable by its large rear wing and red paintjob. The car is referred to as the Pikes Peak Edition in the Gran Turismo videogames, although that name has never been used by Suzuki.

My grandfather had a geo tracker for years, him and me both loved it, unfortunately my grandmother didn't and for some reason her opinion on HIS car mattered, she made him get rid of it and get a 2000 F150...

The stock version of the Escudo is a family sedan.

The race version is something like 1000HP or so, and the last PP version I saw was like 1300, and I can't remember what engines they used, but it was twin-engine, twin-drive.

It was more like hell on fuel.

I might have been quoting the game and getting facts confused...

There was a company that would make FG body kits that resembled the downforce kit on the Escudo... for road use. A friend back in the day found it... I laughed at him... the kit and hardware weighed over 500 lbs, and he thought it would make him faster.

cardboard and...............

Many of my projects began this way. With a facility for "release",like carnuba wax, poly vinyl alcohol, aluminum foil, etc.,you can fiberglass directly over the cardboard when you get it like you like it,creating durable mods.

Once I get my network fixed (crappy NetGear routers... ) and I can get on the laptop again, I'll upload a pic from my phone of a Civic that a guy I know put decals on. He drives it around all the time, too. You won't realize how funny that actually is until you see the "racing decals" he made. (He makes signs and vinyl decals.)
