Center caps fill-painted

Stock: Civic HX center caps not filled


I thought the "H" needed to be blackened.



Yes the wheels need repainting but that's beyond what I'm ready to do now. I do like the caps though. I used acrylic paint from a craft store.

Yes, brushed. Just let it fill the recessed "H". I had to wipe the high spots clean, that was the toughest part - wipe it without dragging up more paint from the recess. Let it dry (just a few minutes once I got the dilution right), then repeat a few coats as needed.

Yes, spray could give a cleaner surface. I figured shucks, it's black. If not glossy, perfection in the finish won't be an issue.
