Cheap A/C

I ran across this on Instructables. Thought it would be a nice eco-friendly was to stay cool. Too bad winter is approaching I could have used this during summer.

$10 A/C

eco-friendly all depends on how efficient your ice maker is

In my case, I'd have to run an inefficient refrigerator (most consumer ones are pretty bad), then the air conditioner will need to pump the heat the refrigerator moved and generated out of the house.... Generally speaking, home a/c systems are inefficient (compared to large operations).

Which is better? Iono, interpret at will

Well maybe not as eco-friendly as I thought, Thanks! But sure would be nice in my Metro that has no air. And my Freezer tends to make ice all the time.

There is a company out the that makes the entire kit or just the kit:

Roshgo Corporation

I bought one for my non-A/C Geo in Sept but global warning is not kicking in this year so I have not tried it out yet.
