cheap monitors for OBDuino/MPGuino?

If it was possible to hack this baby and use it as a MPG calculator...
I bet it is based on ARM core. Anyway, they are so cheap to rip
apart just for the monitor.

There's a library to drive LCD "pixel" screen at Arduino playground - GLCDks0108
It's certainly possible to interface a color screen, with enough time (and memory in the chip!)
