I don't believe those are full moons... rather, they are typical VW hub caps, which go on wheels like this:
... and end up looking like this:
The tabs on the wheels hold on the hubcaps.

Yeah I was thinking that too but those are typically called "baby moons" and I didn't see anything saying they were baby moons but you could be right

They specialize in VW beetle. Almost certainly they are the standard baby moon.

Yep those are the small ones, look at the curvature(radius) of the sphere. They are about 8 inches in diameter.
