FYI... Looks like a Citicar (not positive though) for sale on Craigslist in Sacramento... not mine, but thought it might be of interest to some on this board: electric car
looks to be an early commuta-car, body looks to be in good shape so it's worth the $1,500 as no one wants used batteries, missing the bumpers, someone should buy it and put it back on the road, they are extreamly easy to work on.
battery boxes are not in place in the photos, so it makes me wonder what all he was doing to it, if it has a title $800 is a steal, if it doesn't have a title then $800 is still worth it if you can figure out a way to get a title, or use it for the body (worth $800 right there), I paid $180 for my citi car without a body and $3,500 for my commuta-car that I take to car shows even tho it's not perfect.
