ANALOGY -- When somebody advertises 100# of dirt for sale; then later (without telling you) "change" that dirt into sand as part of your "warranty," then you DO have legal recourse--just as she did--for breach of contract by unilateral implementation of changes which negated the original contract...you bought dirt to plant with, not sand for kitty litter!

Honda made unilateral changes for *its* benefit (less battery usage = longer battery life, and thus fewer customer claims) that negatively affected the vehicles FE and functional performance--more ICE and less EV.

Just saw that article (not on Faux News though ). Do I still get my $100 or was that overturned too? Not sure if this affects the class action suit or not.

Nope. The settlement is not affected by overturning this claim. Two separate issues. Honda agreed to settle the class action, they argued the small claims case.
