hi just bought some civic hybrid wheels for my 07 civic lx does anyone know if they will help with mpg

All else being equal, they'll probably help a very small amount. Probably not enough to register above the normal tank to tank variation you'll see.

Honda Canada added the hybrid wheels & deck spoiler on all its LX 5-speeds to nudge the fuel economy a tiny amount past a threshold that qualified them for a rebate.
