I don't like to stretch my credibility but here it goes...

Chemist Pamela Mosier-Boss, of the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in San Diego, presented a paper stating her team has found significant evidence of some sort of nuclear reaction. Referring to their observation of high energy neutrons coming from the device.
