Comparison of megametrelitre to Vespa Motor-Scooter

I am researching how to achieve the best assistance from 1 litre of petrol over 1,000 km, which is about the limit of possible efficiency using an internal combustion engine.
A Vespa motor-scooter is rated at 44 km/litre, so it is using 22 times more fuel than is possible.
I have written a little paper that examines where the Vespa wastes/loses 95.5% of the energy produced by the engine.
Some of you may find it interesting. I would appreciate any comments/improvements
