I bought mine at Calsak Plastics in Kent:
Calsak Plastics - Plastic Materials, ABS Plastic, Plexiglass (Plexiglas), Acrylic Plastic, PVC

No minimum order and it was ~16/sheet a couple years ago.

Called and spoke to LaDonna today. They now have a $50 minimum, she said they would go as low as $25....
They also have an HDPE product called polyblend, a 25.5 x 48 x0.075 sheet is $12
I'll check that out.
