I'm VERY interested in getting a superMID. I noticed that you said that your VSS was mechanical. I have a 89 civic dx, with is dam near the same thing as a crx so I'm pretty sure I have a mechanical sensor too. Where did you get an electronic one and was it just plug and play or what.

The switch was pretty simple. I used the sawed apart VSS (I should take a picture of this sometime) from a 92-95 civic with my old VSS gear swapped on. I then got the plug from a similar honda (an accord I think, though many fit), and added three wires: power, speedo, and ecu. Wasn't much work at all, just a bit of research and grease.
