I doubt it... There's someone from North America selling all the stuff needed to convert to plug-in for about a grand or so IIRC.

And Bob's yer uncle. The BMS+ is technically all that's needed but the V3/V4plus seem to be worth the extra cash for someone who can afford a hybrid.

Carb

PBS Television's NOVA did a piece last Tuesday evening on California's" Gamble with Alternate Power."One of The Governator's centerpieces was the plug-in electric, showcased at the "Luscious Garage"which does the conversions for $10,000(US).Maybe the California Air Resources Board needs to buy a TV set and pull their head out of their collective -ss.

C.a.r.b.

It's just another useless no good group that wants to suck more money from consumers...their only job is to stop green progress, not encourage it!

Oh fer the love of Pete... CARB's doing the exact same thing they've done to every single other company that makes aftermarket parts that interface w/ OEM crap and can influence emissions. Nothing more, nothing less. Tuners aren't exempt, people doing PHEV conversions aren't exempt, you or I aren't exempt if we do something along the same lines, and that's how the law has been fer the past few decades.
