Disabling the "We miss you!" emails

I was wondering, if it were possible to disable those email messages reminding me about Ecomodder? I do come around and lurk every so often, and I also keep track of my fuel consumption using the garage tool, but I fill up rarely enough that I end up getting an email about once a month, "reminding me" about EM, and it's starting to get a little annoying. Any suggestions?

Try going to user control panel then edit options and uncheck the messaging options that should work.
