Think a high-powered laser would do in the cameras?

I jest of course, but you could still take a guess.

perhaps an air rifle? Most states discharging one is not considered discharging a firearm. Or a paintball marker. way easier than spray paint and a latter or boom truck. Also no vandalism charge, just a pesky interfering with law enforcement or some such.

I didn't read the whole thread. But I think the cost of a traffic ticket would cancel out a few years of rolling through stop signs to save gas. IMO, it's not worth the risk.

You are correct. Don't roll through signs or lights with the authorities watching. It's only breaking the law if you get caught right?

I rarely reach a complete stop, unless a cop is sitting there. Then I make the awkward stop against my will lol

When traffic is low or none around, I'll do a "rolling stop" meaning i get down to almost a stop, but basicaly roll though. Nearly everyone does this type of stop in my area. When there is traffic, I'll come to a complete stop and check traffic twice before trying to go.

Signals are a always. I try to be mindful of other drivers as well, if they can't pass me, I'll speed up some, you never know when someone is in a true hurry for a real reasion other than to get somewhere faster. Most of my driving has passing allowed, so it isn't often I speed up for others .

I never tailgate, but am tailgated all the time. 45mph seems to be the magic speed, everyone wants to pass pretty quick, 50mph+ they stick behind :-/.
