Mold Making Videos

I found the user Fibreglast on You Tube has some interesting videos on the making of the body for a supermileage car. The videos look dated, but I thought they were informative.

the way I did it was a LOT easier, but for my method you have to be willing to have some leeway in your final dimensions.

Another way is to start with a big block of foam, and start carving and sanding, using an outer template to make both sides identical.

Then when the foam is "done", cover with several layers of latex paint, then PVA, then gellcoat, then fiberglass for your mold.
